A bit about travel sicknes and how you can get better

It is wonderful to travel, but at the same time it can be incredibly challenging.

Especially for those who suffer from motion sickness:

Here are some quick tips:

- Eat lightly: Avoid heavy meals before the trip.

- Choose a good seat: For example, at the front of the bus or in the middle of the plane, by the window or the aisle. What you prefer.

- Avoid activities that aggravate the nausea: Do not read or watch films. Here you can listen to music instead.

- Drink water and stay hydrated.

- Use travel sickness tablets if necessary. Or nausea ear bands. This may help somewhat.

Fortunately, it is worth it when you arrive at your destination.
