Challenge part 1
Challenges: Here I enclose various challenges that I try out. Both easy and difficult. These challenges are for taking care of oneself, and realizing new possibilities and dreams. Anything is possible, as long as you work hard to achieve what you want.
1. Yoga: Today 19.04.2023.
Tried yoga for the first time. Was tiring on something and not tiring at all on anything else. The exercises lasted a long time and I got cramps in one leg. It should be said that I am a "rigid" person. There's a lot of inhalation and exhalation with long strokes in between, I breathed twice as fast. There were also two parts, one at the start and one at the end, that you should lie down and relax and clear your head of thoughts, in my head it lasted an incredibly long time, thoughts spun around to all sides, I became very restless. So I think yoga is probably not for me, as I can't take it easy that way, or breathe well enough. But yoga is probably something you learn to do eventually if you want to try several times. It's about different preferences and what you prefer yourself. This is my own opinion.
2. Chiropractor: 04.05.2023
First time with a chiropractor who does acupuncture: The chiropractor I went to did both massage and acupuncture. I've been a little afraid of acupuncture in the past because of the needles, since I have a bit of a fear of injections. But it went very well. Was hurting when she was holding on, but not as bad as I thought it was. I am pretty sure that there are different ways to perform acupuncture. Where I was hurting the most was where she stuck the needles. She stuck the needle in, spun around a bit and then took out the needle, it only took a couple of seconds each time. I thought the needles were going to be inside for a bit, but it wasn't like that. Then she massaged a little again. It actually worked. Of course, you don't fully recover after just one time, but I noticed that it had gotten a little better pretty quickly, so I've got a lot of faith that it can work.
3. Home Spa: 06.05.2023
A lovely challenge, I washed my face with water before putting on a face mask. Pulled out some candy and soda and sat and enjoyed some time at home relaxing and cleansing the pores. But to be honest, I was a little bored. 15min with face mask is a long time! Then I took off my face mask and washed my face with clean water again and wiped myself off. Now my skin feels smooth and soft.
4. Bucket List: 09.05.2023
Here I was going to make a bucket list of my hopes and dreams for the years to come. If you want to see this list, just look at previous blog posts. The list will be updated as dreams change, execute and change.
