Roadtrip with my dog in Norway. Day 2 First Time in a Hotel

We drove even more for the day, to Sjøholt, at Sjøholt Summer Hotel. I took all the luggage and Gizmo to the reception when we check in. We had booked a room in advance. For three days and two nights it cost NOK 2,790 with breakfast. Also had to pay NOK 200 extra to bring a dog. Breakfast for me was included in the price

This is the first time Gizmo will sleep in a hotel, very exciting for me too. So hoped it went well.

We had rooms at the bottom, by the exit, so it was easier to take the dog out.

We went on two long walks, one in the morning and one in the evening, as well as one in the middle of the day. Took Gizmo out before we went to bed too and if he wanted to go outside.

Gizmo was very good, but he barked a little every time someone walked past the room because he couldn't see who it was. Apart from this he was very good.

This hotel is a folk college that has been converted into a hotel. There were two single beds in the room, so Gizmo got a bed all to himself. He alternated between sleeping with me and alone. Hotels are something completely new for him, so it was exciting to see how it went.

Now we were very tired after so much driving and new experiences that we fell asleep. After we had eaten more food and feasted on some goodies and sweets. Gizmo was very tired. Had a lot of driving and experiences today.
